If you'd like to close your Fair for You account, we're here to help.

Before You Can Close Your Account

Before we can close your account, you'll need to make sure your balance has been paid in full.

This means:

• Your loan balance must be £0
• There must be no outstanding payments or arrears on your account

If you still have money left to repay, you'll need to clear the balance before we can process your request.

You can check your balance at any time by logging into your Online Account. 

How to Close Your Account

Once your balance has been repaid in full, simply contact us to let us know you'd like to close your account. 

A member of our team will review your account and arrange for it to be closed.

What Happens When My Account Is Closed?

Once your account has been closed:

• Your loan agreement will end
• Your account and any prepaid card linked to it can no longer be used
• We'll confirm by email once your account has been closed
