Before You Can Close Your Account

To close your account, your balance must be fully repaid. This means:

• Your loan balance must be £0

• There must be no outstanding payments or arrears on your account

If there is still a balance remaining, you’ll need to repay this before we can close your account.

How to Request Account Closure

Once your balance is clear, you’ll need to contact us to request account closure.

Our team will then review your account and complete the closure for you.

What Happens Next?

When your account is closed:

• Your loan agreement will end

• You will no longer be able to use your card or account

• We’ll confirm closure with you by email
