Food Club Card Top-Ups
Food Club Card top-ups are only available during specific top-up windows, which take place at set times throughout the year.

To be eligible for a top-up, you must:
Not be in arrears on your account
Have a remaining balance below £75
If you meet these conditions and a top-up window is open, you can request a top-up through your online account.
Shopping Card Top-Ups
If you have a Shopping Card, you may be able to request a top-up at any time, provided:
Your account is not in arrears
Your current loan balance is below £262.50
You can submit your top-up request through your online account, where it will be reviewed based on your eligibility.
