Adding a Payment Card
You can add a new payment card at any time through your online account area here.
Before making changes to your payment plan, it's a good idea to check that the correct payment card is linked to your account.
Setting Up Your Repayments
We usually collect repayments automatically from your debit or credit card. This is known as a Continuous Payment Authority (CPA).
Choose a Repayment Schedule
You can choose the repayment frequency that works best for you:
Weekly
Fortnightly (every two weeks)
Four-weekly
Monthly
If you're unsure which option is right for you, you can find more information in our Repaying your loan guide.
Monthly Payments
If you choose to pay monthly, you'll need to select a payment date between the 1st and 28th of the month.
Unfortunately, payment dates on the 29th, 30th or 31st are not available, as these dates do not occur in every month.
Paying by Standing Order
If you prefer, you can make repayments by setting up a standing order through your bank.
When setting up a standing order, please make sure you use your Member Number as the payment reference. This helps us identify your payments and apply them to the correct account.
Need to Make Changes to your Payment Schedule?
You can review and update your payment details and repayment arrangements through your online account at any time, helping you stay in control of your loan and repayments.
If you wish to change your payment schedule, you can do so here.
Please note that where a revised payment proposal is accepted your loan may go into arrears and we are required to update your credit file accordingly. You may also receive automated messages and emails advising you of these arrears.
