It's important that we have your correct contact and personal details so we can support you throughout your loan and help you apply for future borrowing when you need it.

Updating Your Address

If you move home, please update your address through your online account here

To verify your new address, we'll send you an email asking for proof of address.

Accepted Documents

Your document must show your new address and be dated within the last 3 months.

We can accept:

  • Bank statement

  • Council Tax bill

  • Council Tax benefit letter

  • Mortgage statement

  • Utility bill (such as gas, electricity or water)

  • Internet or broadband bill

Helpful Tip

When uploading a photo of your document, please make sure all four corners of the document are visible and the information is clear to read.

Updating Your Phone Number

You can update your phone number at any time through your online account here.

If you have a prepaid card, updating your phone number will also update the contact number linked to your card.

Changing Your Name

If your name has changed, please contact us  so we can update our records.

We'll need to see documentation confirming the change.

Changing Your Email Address

For security reasons, email address changes cannot be made online.

Please contact us and we'll verify your identity before updating your email address.

To protect your account, we'll ask you a few security questions, such as:

  • Your postcode

  • Your date of birth

  • Some digits from your National Insurance number

Once we've confirmed your identity, we'll update your email address for you.
