If this happens, we'll contact you by email with details of any information we need. Please check your inbox (including your junk folder) and reply as soon as possible, as your card can't be sent until these checks are complete.

If your card hasn't arrived after 10 working days, please contact us and we'll be happy to check the status of your order.
