Step 2: We'll Contact the Supplier
Once we receive your cancellation request, we'll need to contact the supplier directly to cancel the order with them.
Please bear with us while we arrange this, as we cannot cancel your loan until we have confirmation that the order has been cancelled by the supplier.
Step 3: Refuse Delivery if Necessary
If the supplier attempts to deliver your item before the cancellation has been confirmed, please refuse the delivery.
Accepting the item may result in a return charge being applied by the supplier.
Step 4: Confirmation of Cancellation
Once the supplier has confirmed the order cancellation and your loan has been cancelled, we'll send you an email to confirm that everything has been completed.
