What You Should Do First
If you think your card is lost or stolen, please contact us as soon as possible so we can block your card straight away.
This will help prevent any further use of your card and keep your account secure.
Ordering a Replacement Card
There is a £5 replacement fee to cover the cost of issuing and sending a new card.
To arrange your replacement, we’ll need:
- Confirmation that you’re happy for the £5 fee to be taken from the payment card we have on file
- The first line of your address and postcode, so we can make sure your replacement card is sent to the correct place
How Long It Will Take
Once your replacement has been ordered, your new card will usually arrive within 5–7 working days.
