How can I make changes to your payment schedule?

If your circumstances change, you can request changes to your repayment arrangements through your online account.

You can review and update your payment schedule at any time, helping you manage your loan in a way that works for you.

To request a change, log in to your online account: Online Account Area 

What Happens If I Change My Payment Plan?

If your request for a new payment arrangement is accepted, your loan may go into arrears if the revised payments are lower than those set out in your original loan agreement.

If this happens:

  • Your account will show as being in arrears.

  • We are required to report these arrears to the credit reference agencies, which means they may appear on your credit file.

  • You may receive automated emails or text messages about the arrears while your revised payment plan is in place.

If you're finding it difficult to make your repayments, please let us know as soon as possible. We'll always try to work with you to find a fair and affordable solution.
