We usually collect payments from your bank card automatically. This is called a "continuous payment authority."
Check your card: Log in to your account to make sure the right bank card is linked.
Pick your schedule: You can choose to pay weekly, every two weeks, every four weeks, or monthly. If you're not sure, you can find more information about our frequencies here: Understanding Your Payment Schedule
Monthly payments: If you choose to pay monthly, you must pick a date between the 1st and the 28th. (We can't do the 29th, 30th, or 31st because not every month has those dates!)
Standing Orders: If you prefer, you can set up a standing order through your bank. Just make sure to use your Member Number as the reference so we know the money is from you.
