We usually collect your loan repayments automatically from the debit or credit card linked to your account. This is known as a Continuous Payment Authority (CPA).
To help make sure your repayments are collected successfully, we recommend logging in to your online account before your payment is due to check that the correct payment card is linked to your loan.
If your card has expired, been replaced or you've changed banks, you can update your payment card details through your Online Account Area.
